- Highlight clashes, bottlenecks and capacity gaps and propose pragmatic options to resolve them

- Maintain clean data in scheduling and project-management tools (calendars, baselines, changes)
- Support prioritisation and workload balancing across the overall project landscape
- Contribute ideas to improve scheduling and resource-planning processes and tooling
Your profile
- Several years of experience in project scheduling / project planning in a project-driven environment
- Background in technical projects (e.g. plant construction, engineering, industrial projects)
- Confident user of project-planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
- Very good understanding of resource planning and portfolio thinking (multi-project environment)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with project managers and stakeholders
- Structured, reliable working style with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to recognise conflicts and risks early and address them proactively
- Good spoken and written English and German
Desirable
- Experience in process industry projects (chemicals, energetic materials or related sectors)
- Familiarity with portfolio reporting and KPI-based tracking
- Knowledge of project-management methods (classic and agile)
- Affinity for tools / IT – comfortable configuring views, fields or reports in project systems
