Peter is the founder of DKG – Deutsche Kompensationsgesellschaft mbH, which he established in Berlin in 2007. For nearly two decades, he has been responsible for complex recruitment projects focused on chemicals, plant construction, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure.

Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of internationally active companies and built long-term client relationships in Germany, Austria, England, Ireland, and the United States. His extensive international experience enables him to assess and connect different corporate structures, markets, and workforce requirements in a targeted manner.

His particular strength lies in developing resilient networks and long-term, trusted client relationships. Through his close knowledge of clients and markets, he identifies business requirements at an early stage and establishes well-matched connections between companies and qualified specialists and senior professionals.

Gergana is the founder of Aegis Talent Group and is responsible for international recruitment projects across Europe and the United States, with a focus on critical infrastructure, oil & gas, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing.

Before founding Aegis Talent Group, she worked in the energy and financial sectors, including at Goldman Sachs and EDF Trading, where she supported trading and supply activities in the European power market within demanding energy-market environments. This international experience continues to shape her structured approach and her understanding of the requirements of globally operating industrial companies.

Her professional background combines experience in highly regulated and technically demanding industries with an international and analytical approach, giving her a deep understanding of the operational requirements and workforce needs of industrial organisations.
