Leadership

Peter Gipters

Founder of DKG - Deutsche Kompensationsgesellschaft mbH, established in Germany in 2007.

Over the past two decades, his work has focused on engineering and industrial recruitment across chemicals, plant construction, energetic materials, and critical infrastructure sectors.

His experience includes long-term collaboration with EPC contractors, industrial operators, engineering consultancies, and specialised manufacturing environments across Germany, Austria, Italy, and other European markets.

Gergana Tasheva

Supports international recruitment operations across Europe and the United States, with a focus on coordination, candidate communication, and structured search execution.

Prior to joining the business, she worked in the financial sector at Goldman Sachs and completed postgraduate studies in Environmental Policy and Management at King's College London.

Her background combines analytical discipline with international operational experience across technically demanding and highly regulated industries.
