Overview
We are supporting a major German telecommunications provider in the search for an E2E Rollout Manager. The company is building one of the most advanced 5G networks in Europe, supported by a nationwide fibre backbone and modern Open-RAN technology.
In this role, you manage the complete end-to-end rollout of mobile network sites. You coordinate all stages — from location planning to commissioning — and work closely with internal engineering teams, external partners and project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and steer the full rollout process of mobile network sites
- Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure correct synchronization of fibre connections and mobile base stations
- Manage multiple parallel rollout projects, including resource control and scheduling
- Oversee adherence to quality standards and ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks early and define strategies to mitigate issues proactively
- Maintain continuous reporting and provide progress updates to management
Your profile
- Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in mobile network rollout or technical project management
- Solid experience working with external partners and service providers
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High team orientation and structured working style
- Willingness to travel occasionally and manage unexpected challenges
